Theresa Wollenstein started helping with Griffin Dyeworks in 2004, soon after it was started by John & Bjo Trimble. She took over in 2015, and converted Griffin Dyeworks to a 501c3 nonprofit in 2022. Aside from dyeing, she is a knitter, crocheter, spinner, and novice weaver. Theresa enjoys approaching natural dyes from a historical perspective and encouraging experimentation and play in workshops.
